Amusingly, RSS upper atmosphere temperatures never matched the wonderful global warming models; models showed AGW appearing in upper atmosphere temps first, but it just wasn’t happening. Models are very useful tools, if you properly use them to model reality; somewhat less so when you get all cranky and whine that stupid reality doesn’t reflect your infallible models.
