Select Comfort Sleep Number Yet Again

It took months of complaints (to the company, GACPU, FTC, BBB, assorted customer complaint sites), but we theoretically got our bed delivered 6 weeks late on December 22. Mostly. We thought we ordered an enclosure, which the receipt seems to indicate, but SC/SN insists we didn’t, and that the order is complete.

Which makes me wonder why — after the allegedly complete delivery — I’ve received two more “shipping updates” stating, “An item or item(s) on your order have been shipped! You can find your tracking information below.” No actual new tracking information, naturally; but that’s been the case all along.

Is this merely more of their “computer problems”, or might we actually get what we wanted, one of these years?

I’ve met smarter, more efficient politicians than those crooks.
